The Interview

Sometimes people get in touch and ask about the things that I've done. This was a good opportunity to share thoughts and ideas, and to talk in detail about my journey. It's a very honest conversation, unpicking what worked for us. If that's helpful for others, thought provoking or even inspiring, then it serves it's purpose. I do think believe that leaders can spend time trying to work things out, when there should be advice and solutions available. We also discussed the transition into edtech, why and how we created our leadership platform. Here we discuss life after headship, and the opportunity to utilise experiences for the benefit of the wider profession.
